Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work day and night shifts
- Physical capability to lift and carry 15 to 30 pounds
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical usage
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Reliable and hardworking

- Flexibility to perform various cleaning and maintenance tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or porter experience is an asset
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina for lifting and manual work

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of mall grounds inside and out
- Picking up trash around exterior perimeter of mall
- Spot clean floors and keep clear of debris
- Vacuum rugs or carpets in public areas
- Wash windowsills, glass and interior doors, partition, and specified windows
- Wash glass and trim at entrance doors, interior, and exterior
- Daily spot cleaning when directed
- Collect building trash daily and place it in the designated collection area
- Replace liners in wastebaskets
- Wipe down internal and external garbage containers
- Ensure restrooms and common areas are clean and stocked
- Standard bathroom procedures including wiping glass surfaces, empty wastebaskets, service soap and toilet paper dispensers, dust, clean tile walls, shelves, stall partitions, spot sweep, and mop floors
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks
- Maintain all equipment
- Ability to lift and carry objects from 15 to 30 pounds
- Work directly with operations management, executive team, and ownership to ensure the best service experience possible
- Work well with limited supervision and cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow and adhere to all safety and security guidelines
- Proper usage of chemicals and cleaning supplies
- Perform any other job-related duties assigned
