Job Requirements

Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
ability to stand for long periods of time
must be able to work a flexible schedule for PM shifts, holidays, and weekends
willingness to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

At least 1 year of serving experience in a fine-dining setting or equivalent
refined verbal communication skills
ability to engage guests positively
knowledge of food and beverage menus
teamwork and interpersonal skills
ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Submit guest menu selections and present food and beverage preferences
gain menu knowledge and provide recommendations from cuisine and drink offerings
engage in casual conversation to enhance the restaurant experience
perform general restaurant preparation
maintain a sanitary environment
ensure attentive and personalized service
assist with opening and closing duties as required
