- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service preferred
- ability to prepare and serve beverages
- capable of standing for extended periods
- effective communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts
- must be able to follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- positive attitude and strong work ethic

- knowledge of coffee beverages and preparation techniques is a plus
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greeting customers and taking orders
- processing cash and credit card transactions
- preparing and serving hot and cold beverages per customer requests
- serving prepared food items
- maintaining knowledge of menu items and recipes
- set up and break down of work areas including cleaning and sanitizing
- maintaining appearance of store including cleanliness and stocking of supplies
- maintaining excellent customer service and anticipating guests' needs
- adherence to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- maintaining a positive attitude toward guests, customers, and co-workers
- ensuring security of company assets
- performing other tasks as assigned by manager or supervisor
