Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program
- complete and pass food safety certification program
- ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- able to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to speak, read and write English
- ability to work flexible hours
- able to work in a fast paced environment
Job Qualifications

- able to deliver plates and clear tables which may require lifting up to 50 lbs

- ability to read and write handwritten guest checks and notes

Job Duties
- Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
- support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance and running food and drinks as needed
- be knowledgeable about food and beverage menus and current promotions to answer guest questions clearly
- accurately enter orders into POS system
- retrieve and promptly deliver food and drink orders to guests
- collect guest payments using credit cards, cash, or gift cards and ensure transactions are correct
- perform shift changes, opening and closing duties, and assigned sidework
- pack and verify all ToGo orders with guests
- greet guests at the curbside pickup area
