Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years experience in full-service casual dining management or equivalent culinary leadership
  • proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • experience in menu planning and inventory control
  • ability to work flexible shifts including day, evening and night

Job Duties

  • manage kitchen operations and staff to ensure high quality food preparation
  • oversee food safety and sanitation standards
  • assist in menu development and inventory management
  • coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
  • train and mentor kitchen team members
  • maintain compliance with health regulations
  • support continuous improvement and innovation in culinary offerings
