- Minimum of 3 years of full-service casual dining management experience
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Manage kitchen and culinary operations to ensure quality and consistency
- Lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve high performance
- Develop and implement menus in collaboration with management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory and control food costs effectively
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to enhance guest satisfaction
- Participate in training and development programs for kitchen team members
