Job Requirements
- 3+ years of full service casual dining management experience
- Commitment to delivering consistent legendary guest experiences
- Team-oriented and systems-focused approach
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Ability to work full time in person
- Willingness to embrace company culture and growth plans
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in full service casual dining management
- Proven leadership abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience with staff training and development
- Familiarity with financial management and budgeting in a restaurant setting
Job Duties
- Lead restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experience
- Manage and develop staff to foster a positive restaurant culture
- Oversee training and ongoing development programs
- Implement systems to drive operational efficiency
- Manage budgets and financial performance
- Coordinate with corporate teams for restaurant growth and new openings
- Enforce health and safety regulations and compliance
