- 3+ years of full-service casual dining management experience

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of full-service casual dining management experience
- Proven leadership ability in managing and developing teams

- Ability to deliver consistent customer service excellence
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Lead, motivate, and develop restaurant staff to achieve performance goals
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, labor costs, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Foster a positive and productive work environment through strong leadership and communication
- Implement training programs to enhance team skills and service standards
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic growth initiatives and new restaurant openings
