  • 3+ years of full-service casual dining management experience

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-service casual dining management experience
  • Proven leadership ability in managing and developing teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver consistent customer service excellence
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Lead, motivate, and develop restaurant staff to achieve performance goals
  • Monitor financial performance including budgeting, labor costs, and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment through strong leadership and communication
  • Implement training programs to enhance team skills and service standards
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic growth initiatives and new restaurant openings
