Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years' experience in aviation (FBO, flight department, airline, or other aviation-related business)
  • approximately 10% travel required
  • proven strong customer service and analytical skills
  • ability to work independently and be flexible in a rapidly changing environment
  • initiative, dependability, cooperation and thoroughness in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years' experience in aviation (FBO, flight department, airline, or other aviation-related business)
  • proven strong customer service and analytical skills
  • ability to work independently and be flexible in a rapidly changing environment
  • initiative, dependability, cooperation and thoroughness in a team environment
  • familiarity and/or experience with aviation datalink communications desired
  • experience with satellite communications desired
  • knowledge of aircraft avionics desired
  • pilot's license (private or better) preferred

Job Duties

  • Initiate contact with new customers for service setup, training, and aircraft configuration
  • provide service and troubleshooting for various avionics equipment
  • communicate regularly (telephone, email, in-person) with existing customers regarding service enhancements, training, and changes
  • create and maintain user guides
  • support sales team with customer opportunities
