Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years' experience in aviation (FBO, flight department, airline, or other aviation-related business)
- approximately 10% travel required
- proven strong customer service and analytical skills
- ability to work independently and be flexible in a rapidly changing environment
- initiative, dependability, cooperation and thoroughness in a team environment

- familiarity and/or experience with aviation datalink communications desired
- experience with satellite communications desired
- knowledge of aircraft avionics desired
- pilot's license (private or better) preferred
Job Duties
- Initiate contact with new customers for service setup, training, and aircraft configuration
- provide service and troubleshooting for various avionics equipment
- communicate regularly (telephone, email, in-person) with existing customers regarding service enhancements, training, and changes
- create and maintain user guides
- support sales team with customer opportunities
