Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- Access to any car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- Must have a valid driver's license number
- Social security number required (in the US)
- Consistent access to a smartphone
- Successfully complete ID verification
- Must be 19+ in certain states including Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and West Virginia
Job Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license or scooter/bicycle where applicable
- Reliable smartphone with consistent internet access
- Ability to lift and carry orders
- Basic customer service skills
- Knowledge of local delivery area
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- Pickup orders from restaurants, grocery stores, or retail outlets
- Deliver items promptly and accurately to customers
- Use the DoorDash Dasher app to accept and manage orders
- Maintain professionalism and customer service during deliveries
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and local knowledge
- Handle delivery payments and cash outs through the app
- Communicate any issues or delays with support teams as needed
