Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- at least 21 years old to deliver alcohol
- have a valid driver’s license
- possess a social security number (for U.S. applicants only)
- consistent access to a smartphone
- reliable mode of transportation such as car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- pass background checks and ID verification
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- basic knowledge of local geography and navigation
- familiar with smartphone apps and mobile technology
- ability to communicate clearly with customers
- good physical stamina to handle deliveries
- previous delivery or customer service experience is a plus
- valid driver’s license for motor vehicle deliveries
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from restaurants, stores, or retailers
- deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- manage multiple deliveries efficiently to maximize earnings
- use the DoorDash Dasher app to accept and complete delivery requests
- maintain communication with customers for any delivery updates
- ensure the safe handling and transportation of items
- cash out earnings via the DoorDash Crimson deposit account
