Job Duties
- pick up food, groceries, or retail orders from merchants
- deliver items to customers in a timely and professional manner
- follow DoorDash procedures for order handling and delivery
- maintain communication with customers and support team as needed
- manage and track deliveries using the DoorDash Dasher app
- handle cashless payments through the platform
- ensure customer satisfaction and handle any delivery issues promptly
