Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid driver's license or access to a scooter or bicycle in select cities
- Provide social security number if delivering within the US
- Have consistent access to a smartphone
- Be able to pass background and ID verification checks
- Must be 21 or older to deliver alcohol
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous delivery or customer service experience is a plus
- Familiarity with the local area or willingness to navigate via GPS
- Ability to use a smartphone and delivery app effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from restaurants or stores
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- Use the DoorDash app to navigate and manage deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle cash-out and payments via the app
- Maintain communication with DoorDash support when needed
- Follow all local traffic and safety regulations
