Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must have a valid driver's license number
- Must possess a social security number (for US residents)
- Consistent access to a smartphone
- Ability to use a car, scooter, or bicycle (bicycle only in select cities)
- Must be 21 or older for alcohol deliveries in applicable states
- Successful ID verification
- Eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license for car deliveries
- Familiarity with local area and navigation apps
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using a smartphone and delivery app technology
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from restaurants, stores, or other merchants
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- Use the DoorDash app to manage and complete deliveries
- Communicate with customers and support teams as needed
- Follow traffic and safety regulations while driving or riding
- Maintain high customer service standards during deliveries
- Manage payments and cash out earnings through the app
