Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years old, 21+ to deliver alcohol in Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and West Virginia
- possess any car, scooter, or bicycle in select cities
- have a valid driver’s license number
- provide social security number if operating in the US
- maintain consistent access to a smartphone
- successfully pass an ID verification and eligibility screening
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years old, 21 and older to deliver alcohol in select states
- possess a valid driver’s license or relevant permit depending on delivery mode
- have reliable access to a car, scooter, or bicycle (dependent on city)
- own a smartphone capable of running the DoorDash app
- have basic knowledge of local area navigation
- strong communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- accept delivery requests through the app
- pick up orders from restaurants, grocery stores, or retail locations
- ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers
- maintain communication with customers and support team as needed
- manage delivery schedule to maximize earnings
- follow all traffic and safety regulations
- process payments and cash out earnings through the app
