Job Requirements
- Eighteen years or older (19+ in certain states)
- valid driver’s license or equivalent for scooters/bicycles
- social security number if applying in the US
- consistent access to a smartphone
- ability to pass background and identity verification
- own a car, scooter, or bicycle in selected cities
- able to deliver alcohol if 21 or older
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old (21 or older to deliver alcohol)
- valid driver's license or proof of eligibility to operate a scooter or bicycle in select cities
- ability to use a smartphone and navigate using GPS
- strong customer service skills
- reliable and punctual
- ability to carry food and retail items safely
Job Duties
- Accept delivery requests through the DoorDash app
- pick up orders from restaurants, grocery stores, or retail locations
- deliver orders promptly to customers
- provide excellent customer service
- maintain communication with customers and support teams
- manage multiple deliveries efficiently
- handle payments and cash out earnings using the DoorDash app
