Job Requirements

18+ years old (21+ to deliver alcohol)
valid driver’s license number
social security number (only in the US)
consistent access to a smartphone
have any car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
subject to eligibility and successful ID verification

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old (21+ to deliver alcohol in certain states)
possess a valid driver's license
have consistent access to a smartphone with internet
ability to use a car, scooter, or bicycle (depending on city)
familiarity with local geography and routes
customer service experience preferred
ability to handle basic cash transactions

Job Duties

Pick up orders from various restaurants and stores
deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
maintain communication with customers and support team when needed
follow all safety and traffic laws during deliveries
use the DoorDash app to accept, track, and complete delivery requests
manage cash flow and payments using the DoorDash Crimson account
provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
