Job Duties
- Coordinate and oversee the setup and teardown of the portable campus each week
- recruit, train, and manage volunteer teams including setup, welcome team, Calvary Kids, and technical support
- collaborate with church leadership and worship teams to plan and execute weekly services
- schedule volunteers and coordinate with guest speakers and musicians
- maintain inventory of equipment and supplies and oversee maintenance and repairs
- foster a welcoming and inviting atmosphere and engage with attendees
- handle administrative duties including scheduling, budget management, and communication with volunteers and church staff
