Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the foodservice industry
- Ability to work day, night, and weekend shifts
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Ability to train and develop employees
- Capable of handling financial and operational responsibilities
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant or fast-food management
- Knowledge of food safety and restaurant safety standards
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to analyze profit and loss statements and manage budgets
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in scheduling and labor management
- Basic understanding of inventory control and cash handling
Job Duties
- Manage entire store operation during scheduled shifts
- Ensure shift leads and crew are trained on PRIDE systems and safety practices
- Assist in executing the restaurant's business plan and analyze financial metrics
- Maintain inventory control and ordering of products
- Oversee cash control and security procedures
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly
- Develop and coach staff to build a skilled, productive team
