Job Requirements

- Previous experience in restaurant management
- Ability to work day, night, and weekend shifts
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to handle cash and perform inventory control

Job Duties
- Manage entire operation store during scheduled shifts
- Train shift leads and crew on PRIDE systems, product recipes, food safety, and restaurant safety
- Incorporate PRIDE systems into daily restaurant operations
- Assist in executing the restaurant's business plan and take coaching from management
- Analyze profit and loss impact and take corrective actions
- Maintain inventory and adjust labor according to demand
- Ensure cash control and security procedures are followed
- Develop strategies to increase average meal checks and fan visit frequency
- Ensure fan service meets or exceeds company standards
- Handle customer concerns promptly and appropriately
- Resolve workflow bottlenecks to improve speed of service
- Build relationships with return or preferred patrons
- Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and developing staff
- Conduct new hire orientations and communicate job expectations
- Monitor performance and provide feedback
- Enforce policies and procedures
- Assist with preparing employee schedules
- Maintain positive working relationships with staff to promote morale and productivity
