Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a restaurant or fast-food management position
  • ability to work full-time or part-time
  • availability to work day and/or evening shifts
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • create positive memories for all who touch Dairy Queen and Orange Julius
  • assist the general manager in executing specific aspects of restaurant operations including financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales, marketing
  • set high standards and create a great environment for the team to work
  • manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts
  • strive for operational levels that meet or exceed customer expectations in quality, service, and atmosphere
  • accurately complete inventory control, ordering of products, and cash control
