Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a restaurant or fast-food management position
- ability to work full-time or part-time
- availability to work day and/or evening shifts
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- create positive memories for all who touch Dairy Queen and Orange Julius
- assist the general manager in executing specific aspects of restaurant operations including financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales, marketing
- set high standards and create a great environment for the team to work
- manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts
- strive for operational levels that meet or exceed customer expectations in quality, service, and atmosphere
- accurately complete inventory control, ordering of products, and cash control
