Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment
  • ability to work full time or part time with flexible scheduling
  • strong communication skills
  • basic math skills for cash handling
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to lead and train staff

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of inventory control and cash handling procedures
  • ability to work flexible hours including day and evening shifts
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to manage and motivate a team
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • Create positive memories for all guests touching Dairy Queen and Orange Julius
  • assist the General Manager in executing restaurant operations including financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales, and marketing
  • set high standards and foster a great work environment for the team
  • manage the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
  • strive to meet or exceed fans' expectations in quality, service, and atmosphere
  • accurately complete inventory control, product ordering, and cash control duties
