Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment
- ability to work full time or part time with flexible scheduling
- strong communication skills
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to stand for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- ability to lead and train staff
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of inventory control and cash handling procedures
- ability to work flexible hours including day and evening shifts

Job Duties
- Create positive memories for all guests touching Dairy Queen and Orange Julius
- assist the General Manager in executing restaurant operations including financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales, and marketing
- set high standards and foster a great work environment for the team
- manage the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
- strive to meet or exceed fans' expectations in quality, service, and atmosphere
- accurately complete inventory control, product ordering, and cash control duties
