Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or management preferred
- Ability to work flexible day and/or evening shifts
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage financial and operational aspects of a restaurant

Job Duties
- Create positive memories for all who touch Dairy Queen
- Assist the General Manager in executing restaurant operations including financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales, marketing
- Set high standards and foster a great environment for the team to work
- Manage the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
- Strive to meet or exceed the fan's expectations in quality, service, and atmosphere
- Accurately complete designated duties such as inventory control, ordering of products, cash control
