Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two plus years of custodial or janitorial experience
- ability to follow oral and written instructions and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships
- professional and courteous manner with residents visitors contractors and fellow employees
- experience with hand and power tools a plus
- valid driver's license

Job Duties
- perform general labor tasks such as sweeping cleaning dusting and stocking supplies
- keep the facility in clean and orderly condition
- remove trash from all areas
- sweeping mopping scrubbing and buffing floors for commercial buildings
- cleaning in offices group rooms restrooms etc
- vacuums and spot clean carpets
- utilizes detergents disinfectants polishes finishes etc
- moves furniture and equipment as required
- assist with meeting set-up and tear down
- performs other duties as assigned
