Job Requirements

- Previous experience in cashier or customer service preferred
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
- Ability to work collaboratively with others

- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing payments

Job Duties
- Collects payment via check, cash, or credit card and issues receipts to customers
- Operates multi-line switchboard and routes calls to appropriate location
- Provides exceptional customer service both in person and on telephone
- Balances cash drawer at end of day
- Files service and parts repair orders and deals
- Prepares customer documents and contracts for loaner vehicles
- Works well with others and maintains punctual attendance
- Performs other job duties as needed
