Job Duties
- Greet service customers as they pull into the service drive
- Move vehicles through Service Department as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of Service Drive and Shop, keeping floor clean and dry, as necessary
- Empty trash when needed
- Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure efficient and pleasant customer experience
- Work closely with Service Technicians to assist in various manners
- Assist in keeping guests up to date with the repair process
- Initiative to learn and grow in the Automotive Service industry
