Job Duties
- Greet service customers as they pull into the service drive
- move vehicles through service department as necessary
- maintain cleanliness of service drive and shop, keeping floor clean and dry, as necessary
- empty trash when needed
- work closely with service advisors to ensure efficient and pleasant customer experience
- work closely with service technicians to assist in various manners
- assist in keeping guests up to date with the repair process
- show initiative to learn and grow in the automotive service industry
