Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- provide proof of educational qualification such as H.S. diploma, GED, or college transcripts
- knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- experience with sanitation and food safety procedures
- ability to prepare and cook food in large quantities
- effective communication skills in English
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and manage complex cooking processes

Job Duties
- perform a variety of food preparation and food service tasks for the child and youth program
- assist with food preparation for the School Age Care program
- develop and adjust recipes to accommodate large quantities and specific dietary needs
- ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards
- coordinate multiple cooking processes to serve food at optimal taste and temperature
- maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of kitchen equipment and utensils
- evaluate food quality and initiate corrective actions when necessary
