Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Class B commercial driver's license with required endorsements or willingness to obtain them
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Physical ability to lift equipment weighing 50 to 75 pounds
  • Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely
  • Satisfy English language proficiency requirements
  • Willingness to adhere to company safety standards
  • Commitment to excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Class B commercial driver's license (CDL) with HAZMAT, tanker, and air brake endorsements
  • Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate allowing for operation in interstate commerce
  • Ability to lift and pull equipment weighing 50 to 75 pounds
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • English language proficiency as per 49 CFR §391.11(b)(2)
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and company procedures
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Deliver cylinders locally (home every night) in a safe and efficient manner
  • Maintain the delivery truck including reviewing maintenance records, performing inspections, and reporting vehicle conditions requiring attention
  • Provide superior customer service
  • Account for funds and inventory using a user-friendly handheld terminal
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Complete delivery paperwork accurately and timely
