Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of experience in warehousing and/or cycle count
- ability to use SAP software
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- strong communication skills
- capability to follow company policies
- attention to detail
- ability to work in a team environment

Job Duties
- Complete timely and accurate inventory counts
- assist in meeting all goals related to cycle counts and assist in developing corrective actions when goals are not met
- communicate with Team Leaders and Managers on an ongoing basis to ensure understanding of inventory levels
- initiate continuous improvement projects related to cycle counts based on completed Root Cause Analysis reports
- understand and initiate compliance with all established company policies
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
- perform other duties as assigned
