Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or automotive environment preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive manual transmission preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Duties

  • Assist the client experience (CX), rental, and service departments with daily operations
  • Safely pick up and deliver rental and customer vehicles to and from the dealership
  • Capture photos of rental and customer vehicles as required
  • Clean and maintain rental vehicles after each drive
  • Complete a provided checklist for each trip and submit it promptly
  • Maintain professional and direct communication with clients and associates
  • Accurately input required information into company software
  • Build and maintain strong service relationships to enhance the customer experience
  • Arrive on time, ready to represent Carvenience with professionalism and enthusiasm
