Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or automotive environment preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual transmission preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Assist the client experience (CX), rental, and service departments with daily operations
- Safely pick up and deliver rental and customer vehicles to and from the dealership
- Capture photos of rental and customer vehicles as required
- Clean and maintain rental vehicles after each drive
- Complete a provided checklist for each trip and submit it promptly
- Maintain professional and direct communication with clients and associates
- Accurately input required information into company software
- Build and maintain strong service relationships to enhance the customer experience
- Arrive on time, ready to represent Carvenience with professionalism and enthusiasm
