Job Requirements
- High school education preferred
- No experience required, but 2+ years preferred
- Ability to perform sedentary work
- Capability to work onsite in a hybrid capacity
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in office administration tasks
- Ability to manage schedules and coordinate events effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior experience supporting Executives preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with office software and calendar management tools
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with moderate supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
Job Duties
- Serve as primary administrative contact for Executives addressing questions and resolving administration-related issues
- Provide support for daily Executive operations including meeting arrangements, travel coordination, and expense management
- Coordinate overall office functions through inventory checks, space scheduling, event planning, event execution, and paperwork processing
- Act as a liaison between Executives and internal departments to ensure effective communication and cohesion
- Maintain Executive calendars, contact lists and offer ad-hoc administrative support
- Facilitate front desk support and oversee smooth office operations
- Execute event planning and coordination activities
