Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry food trays up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Deliver food orders to guests quickly and accurately
  • Describe dishes to guests and answer basic questions about the menu
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff regarding order timing and modifications
  • Ensure proper food presentation before delivery
  • Assist servers and bussers in clearing and resetting tables as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
  • Provide friendly and professional service in line with Hyatt standards
