Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
- manage reservations and waitlists using the seating system
- communicate accurate wait times and accommodate guest preferences when possible
- escort guests to tables and present menus
- answer guest inquiries about the menu, restaurant, and property offerings
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
- collaborate with servers, bussers, and managers to ensure seamless service
