Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Completion of a 2 to 4 year apprenticeship, cooking school or culinary institute education
- Strong passion for culinary arts
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the kitchen environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety

- Previous experience in fine dining establishments preferred

- Prepare high-quality dishes following Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
