Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Completion of a 2 to 4 year apprenticeship, cooking school or culinary institute education
  • Strong passion for culinary arts
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the kitchen environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety

Job Qualifications

  • Completion of 2 to 4 year apprenticeship or culinary school
  • Previous experience in fine dining establishments preferred
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality dishes following Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
