Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Completion of 2 to 4 year apprenticeship, cooking school, or culinary institute education preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a diverse team
- Previous fine dining kitchen experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Culinary apprenticeship or education from cooking school or culinary institute preferred
- Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality kitchens advantageous
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and guest service
- Authorized to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality dishes according to Wolfgang Puck’s standards
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Support training and development of junior kitchen staff
- Contribute to menu innovation and presentation
