Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Friendly and able to smile frequently
- Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends
- Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and move around for long periods
- Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
- Keep supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
- Provide timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating with guests, team members, and managers
- Greet guests enthusiastically and perform multiple job functions
- Assist guests with requests, answer questions, and make recommendations
- Provide game assistance and notify support technicians or management as needed
- Bid farewell to guests, ensure satisfaction, and invite them to return
- Notify manager of unhappy guests
- Practice cost controls by weighing tickets and scanning merchandise accurately
- Stock, display, and secure merchandise
- Reconcile tickets and merchandise inventory
- Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shifts
- Check and restock supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Winner’s Circle
- Position and set up displays to promote sales
- Assist other team members
- Foster positive working relationships with team members to promote morale and productivity
