Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Friendly and able to smile frequently
  • Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends
  • Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions
  • Ability to read and write handwritten notes
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand and move around for long periods

  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
  • Keep supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
  • Provide timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating with guests, team members, and managers
  • Greet guests enthusiastically and perform multiple job functions
  • Assist guests with requests, answer questions, and make recommendations
  • Provide game assistance and notify support technicians or management as needed
  • Bid farewell to guests, ensure satisfaction, and invite them to return
  • Notify manager of unhappy guests
  • Practice cost controls by weighing tickets and scanning merchandise accurately
  • Stock, display, and secure merchandise
  • Reconcile tickets and merchandise inventory
  • Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shifts
  • Check and restock supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Winner’s Circle
  • Position and set up displays to promote sales
  • Assist other team members
  • Foster positive working relationships with team members to promote morale and productivity
