Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field
- 2+ years experience working with import and export shipments in a variety of global countries
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field
- 2+ years experience working with import and export shipments in a variety of global countries
- experience with ACE portal including reports and EEI/AES filings
- understanding of Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCN)
Job Duties
- Prepare and review documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and SLI
- gather and analyze broker files, EEI packets and ACE export data
- collaborate with internal AAM departments, plants, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other 3rd parties to support AAM projects
- manage EEI/AES filings and operational KPIs including documentation review and corrective action tracking
- support internal audit of AAM export shipments including corrective action tracking and data mining
- partner with customs brokers including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and ensure correct documentation and accurate filings
- perform other activities as assigned
