Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of six months work experience required
- Minimum of 12 months industry experience preferred
- Data entry and keyboard experience required
- Working knowledge of MS Office and email applications
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under high volume and time-sensitive conditions
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to use multiple systems and reference materials
- Reside within 50-mile radius of Springfield, MO preferred

Job Duties
- Coordinate documentation required by US Customs and government agencies for import entries
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Process commodities requiring specialized handling to minimize risks of penalties
- Obtain accurate classification of goods using relevant resources
- Enter and process import-related documentation for customs submission
- Maintain compliance with record-keeping and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams, FedEx operating companies, customers, brokers, and government agencies
- Perform entry reconciliations, remote filings, and entry reviews as needed
- Follow up and resolve customs-related issues
- Perform other assigned duties
