Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- No industry experience required
- Minimum 6 months work experience preferred
- Data entry and keyboard experience required
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and office equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle high volume and time-sensitive work
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to use multiple systems and reference materials
- Must live within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ
- Available to work Sunday through Thursday 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Coordinate documentation required by US Customs and government agencies for goods entry into the US
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Obtain accurate classification of goods for customs release
- Enter and process import documentation for submission to US Customs
- Maintain shipment documentation compliance with record keeping requirements
- Adhere to international import and export regulations
- Collaborate with internal staff, FedEx operations, and customers
- Process agency brokerage shipments
- Handle remote filings
- Ensure adherence to government and organizational policies
- Perform other assigned duties
