Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum of six months work experience preferred
- data entry and keyboard experience required
- proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and office equipment
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- problem-solving abilities
- ability to handle high volume and time-sensitive work
- ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- ability to use multiple systems and reference materials
- effective interaction with diverse stakeholders
- residency within 50 miles of Oakland, CA preferred

Job Duties
- Coordinate documentation for US Customs and government agencies for imports
- provide exceptional customer service
- obtain correct classification of goods using databases and tariff resources
- enter and process import documentation for US Customs and participating government agencies
- maintain shipment documentation compliance
- adhere to international import and export regulations
- collaborate with internal departments and customers to ensure service quality
- process agency brokerage shipments
- handle remote filings
- ensure compliance with government and organizational policies
- perform additional assigned duties
