Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- data entry and keyboard experience required
- no industry experience required
- minimum six months work experience preferred
- working knowledge of MS Office and email applications such as Outlook

Job Duties
- Coordinate documentation required by US Customs and government agencies for goods entry into the US on behalf of importers
- provide impeccable customer service
- obtain correct classification of goods for customs release from multiple sources
- enter and process import-related documentation for US Customs submission
- maintain and update shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements
- adhere to all international import and export regulations
- work closely with internal staff, departments, FedEx operations, and customers to ensure high service levels
- process agency brokerage shipments
- handle remote filings
- ensure adherence to government and organizational policies
- perform other assigned duties
