Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- No industry experience required
- Minimum of 6 months work experience preferred
- Data entry and keyboard experience required
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and office equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle high volume and time-sensitive work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to use multiple systems and reference materials
- Ability to interact with customers, carriers, brokers, government agencies, internal staff and management at all levels

Job Duties
- Coordinate documentation for US Customs and government agencies entry of goods
- Provide impeccable customer service
- Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release
- Data entry and processing of import documentation
- Maintain and keep shipment documentation current and compliant
- Adhere to international importing and exporting regulations
- Work closely with internal staff, departments, and customers
- Process agency brokerage shipments
- Handle remote filings
- Ensure all government and organizational policies are followed
- Perform other duties as assigned
