Job Requirements
- HS diploma or GED required
- minimum six months work experience preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- arrange for release of FedEx express shipments from customs custody
- complete classification activities
- process FedEx express caged shipments for timely release
- perform audits and quality referral functions
- analyze documentation to determine admissibility and customs release type
- research customs entry reports and resolve errors
- communicate with internal teams, customers, and government agencies
- assist with nrtc weekly reviews
- complete prior disclosures and QA referrals
- contact customers to advise on duties and fees
- complete classification of imported merchandise
- produce daily performance reports
- ensure compliance with customs regulations and contract specifications
