Job Requirements
- HS diploma or GED required
- no industry experience required
- minimum of 6 months work experience preferred
- data entry or keyboard experience required
- proficiency in MS Office and Outlook

Job Duties
- Coordinate documentation for U.S. Customs and Government Agencies
- provide impeccable customer service
- obtain correct classification of goods for customs release
- perform data entry and processing of import documentation
- maintain shipment documentation compliance
- adhere to international importing and exporting regulations
- work closely with internal teams and external partners
- process agency brokerage shipments
- handle remote filings
- ensure adherence to all government and organizational policies
