Job Requirements

  • HS diploma or GED required
  • no industry experience required
  • minimum of 6 months work experience preferred
  • data entry or keyboard experience required
  • proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
  • experience with office equipment such as phone, fax, printer, and scanner
  • excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Job Duties

  • Coordinate documentation for U.S. Customs and Government Agencies
  • provide impeccable customer service
  • obtain correct classification of goods for customs release
  • perform data entry and processing of import documentation
  • maintain shipment documentation compliance
  • adhere to international importing and exporting regulations
  • work closely with internal teams and external partners
  • process agency brokerage shipments
  • handle remote filings
  • ensure adherence to all government and organizational policies
