Job Requirements

- no industry experience required
- minimum six months work experience preferred
- data entry and keyboard experience required
- working knowledge of MS Office and email applications such as Outlook

Job Duties
- Coordinate documentation required by U.S. Customs and government agencies for goods entry
- provide impeccable customer service
- obtain correct classification of goods for customs release
- data entry and processing of import-related documentation
- maintain shipment documentation compliance
- adhere to international importing and exporting regulations
- process agency brokerage shipments
- handle remote filings
- ensure compliance with government and organizational policies
- collaborate with internal staff, departments, and customers to deliver high service levels
- perform other duties as assigned
