Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • no industry experience required
  • minimum six months work experience preferred
  • data entry and keyboard experience required
  • working knowledge of MS Office and email applications such as Outlook

Job Duties

  • Coordinate documentation required by U.S. Customs and government agencies for goods entry
  • provide impeccable customer service
  • obtain correct classification of goods for customs release
  • data entry and processing of import-related documentation
  • maintain shipment documentation compliance
  • adhere to international importing and exporting regulations
  • process agency brokerage shipments
  • handle remote filings
  • ensure compliance with government and organizational policies
  • collaborate with internal staff, departments, and customers to deliver high service levels
  • perform other duties as assigned
