Job Duties
- coordinate documentation for US customs and government agencies for goods entry
- provide impeccable customer service
- obtain correct classification of goods for customs release
- perform data entry and process import-related documentation
- maintain shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements
- adhere to international importing and exporting regulations
- work closely with internal staff, departments, and customers to deliver high service levels
- process agency brokerage shipments
- handle remote filings as needed
- ensure compliance with all government and organizational policies
