Job Requirements
- HS diploma or GED required

Job Duties
- Coordinate documentation required by US Customs and government agencies for entry of goods into the US on behalf of importers
- provide impeccable customer service
- obtain correct classification of goods for customs release from database, SOPs, tariff book, internet or customs
- data entry and processing of import-related documentation for submission to US Customs and participating Government Agencies
- maintain and keep current shipment documentation in compliance with record keeping requirements
- adhere to international importing and exporting regulations
- work closely with internal staff, departments, FedEx operations, and customers to deliver high service levels
- process agency brokerage shipments
- handle remote filings
- ensure government and organizational policies are followed
- perform other duties as assigned
