Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Data entry and keyboard experience required
- Minimum six months work experience preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Office and email applications
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to handle high volume work
- Ability to handle time sensitive work
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to use multiple systems and reference material
- Ability to interact with customers, carriers, brokers, government agencies, internal staff, management of all levels, internal departments
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Coordinate documentation required by US Customs and government agencies for import entries
- Provide impeccable customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release using various resources
- Perform data entry and processing of import-related documentation
- Maintain shipment documentation in compliance with recordkeeping requirements
- Adhere to international importing and exporting regulations
- Work closely with internal departments, FedEx operations, customers, and government agencies
- Process agency brokerage shipments and handle remote filings when needed
- Ensure adherence to all company and government policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
