Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- No prior industry experience required
- Minimum of six months work experience preferred
- Data entry and keyboard experience required
- Working knowledge of MS Office and email applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage high volume and time-sensitive tasks
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to use multiple computer systems and reference materials
- Must reside within 50 miles of Oakland, CA or Honolulu, HI depending on location

Job Duties
- Coordinate documentation required by US Customs and government agencies for goods entry into the US
- Provide impeccable customer service
- Obtain correct classification of goods using various resources
- Data entry and processing of import-related documentation
- Maintain shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements
- Adhere to international importing and exporting regulations
- Work closely with internal staff, departments, operations, and customers to ensure high service levels
- Process agency brokerage shipments
- Handle remote filings
- Ensuring compliance with government and organizational policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned
